Dolmec makes vineyards steel posts since 20 years. To meet the needs of growers in their vineyards trellising, in addition to end post, several intermediate posts in various quality steel and thickness are produced.
All Dolmec’s metal piles have a particular open shape that makes it very resistant to lateral and longitudinal torsion, and able to withstand the weight of trellising, grapes and wind force. The rolled edge are mechanical harvesting friendly. In order to allow a fast and functional trellising management, they have internal “N” hooks or external “S” shaped hooks. For setting main fruit wire, there are further holes. Dolmec posts are available in Hot deep galvanization, Weathering Steel (Cor-Ten), Magnelis or pre-galvanized steel Sendzimir Z275. Several length on request. Posts can be customized also for small quantities. The intermediate metal post “ P1 profile” Dolmec has a particular star shape that makes it very resistant to lateral and longitudinal torsion, and able to withstand the weight of trellising, grapes and wind force. The rolled edge are mechanical harvesting friendly. Internal hooks N shaped, are positioned in both side asymmetrically for better strength every 15 centimeters. Further holes make trellising management easy. Line metal posts for vineyards are available in different lenght. Recommended in stony soils. It’s produced in pre-galvanized steel Sendzimir Z275 thickness mm. 1,50.
